How Porfal handles account data, billing records, workspace metadata, operational logs, and customer-controlled AI workloads.
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Porfal collects and uses information when you visit porfal.com, create an account, launch GPU workspaces, use APIs, contact support, or interact with our services.
Porfal is an AI compute platform. We process account information, billing information, workspace metadata, operational logs, and support communications to provide GPU-powered workspaces and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, organization, authentication details, and role.
- Billing and transaction metadata, including checkout status, payment references, credit balances, and invoice records. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Porfal.
- Workspace metadata such as selected GPU plan, region, provider, template, runtime status, access endpoints, usage duration, and cost estimates.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device information, API request logs, security events, cookies, and diagnostics.
- Support and sales communications, including messages you send to Porfal and related account context.
- Customer content you choose to place inside a workspace, subject to the configuration and lifecycle of that workspace.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve Porfal services.
- Provision GPU workspaces, route workloads, manage templates, and monitor workspace health.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate security events, and enforce platform policies.
- Process payments, maintain credit balances, generate billing records, and support financial reconciliation.
- Respond to support requests, send service notices, and communicate product updates when permitted.
- Analyze aggregate service usage to improve reliability, capacity planning, and user experience.
Customer content and workspaces
You control the code, prompts, models, datasets, outputs, and files you place inside your workspaces. Porfal processes that content to provide the workspace, storage, networking, support, and operational features you request.
Avoid placing regulated, sensitive, or production-confidential data into a workspace unless your Porfal plan and configuration are appropriate for that data.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Workspace data retention depends on workspace lifecycle, storage settings, backups, and customer actions.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, logging, network restrictions, encryption where appropriate, and provider isolation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Update account information from your dashboard when available.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or export of eligible personal information.
- Control cookies through browser settings and the choices described in our Cookie Policy.

Porfal may process information in countries where we, our providers, or infrastructure partners operate. We use appropriate safeguards when transferring personal information as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Porfal evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service, website, or another reasonable channel.
