Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Porfal websites, dashboards, APIs, GPU workspaces, templates, billing features, and related services. By using Porfal, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Porfal on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account, API keys, workspaces, and organization.
• You must promptly notify Porfal if you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise.

Porfal provides access to GPU-powered workspaces that may run containers, templates, notebooks, inference servers, training jobs, generation workflows, and related tools.

Workspace availability, GPU plans, regions, providers, pricing, templates, and performance may vary. Some features may be in beta, preview, or roadmap status.

• You are responsible for your code, prompts, models, datasets, outputs, dependencies, containers, credentials, and use of workspaces.
• You must maintain rights and permissions for any content, software, data, or model you upload or run.
• You must configure security settings, access controls, SSH keys, secrets, and network exposure appropriately for your workload.
• You must comply with laws, export controls, sanctions rules, privacy obligations, model licenses, and third-party terms that apply to your workloads.

• Do not use Porfal to attack, disrupt, scan, overload, or compromise systems.
• Do not run malware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, spam, or unauthorized scraping.
• Do not use Porfal for unlawful surveillance, harassment, exploitation, or generation of illegal content.
• Do not bypass platform limits, interfere with billing, resell capacity without authorization, or attempt to access other users' workspaces.
• Do not mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that intentionally degrade infrastructure unless Porfal has approved the use case in writing.

Porfal may offer prepaid credits, hourly GPU pricing, workspace-based charges, storage charges, bandwidth charges, or other pricing models. Prices are shown before checkout or in the applicable order flow unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for all charges incurred by your account. Running workspaces may continue to accrue charges until stopped, expired, deleted, or otherwise terminated.

Workspaces may be created, provisioned, bootstrapped, stopped, expired, deleted, or marked failed based on payment status, duration, health, policy, provider availability, or customer action.

Porfal may suspend or terminate workspaces to protect the platform, comply with law, prevent abuse, perform maintenance, or enforce these Terms.

Porfal relies on infrastructure providers, payment processors, open-source software, model ecosystems, and customer-selected tools. Your use of those services or software may be subject to separate terms and licenses.

Porfal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific GPU performance, provider capacity, model accuracy, or workload outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porfal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms as the platform, legal requirements, or business model changes. Continued use of Porfal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
